This offering will allow you to choose how fast you want to improve. No matter the level you select, you'll be working one-on-one with me—Aviv—and together we'll work to see rapid progress. The tools and approaches we'll learn together should allow you to then repeat the process, to continue improving and growing.

Here is what's included in each level of this offering:

Impact-Coaching Bootstrap $300

• One-on-one session to set your personal growth goals, as well as cover how to kick this off with your team.
• During that session, we'll go through my tech exec assessment and roadmap tools to help you come up with the highest-impact goals as well as set your agenda for the next rounds.
• One month of email support and follow-up as you bootstrap your coaching habit.

Impact-Coaching Team-Up $1,000

• Everything in Bootstrap, plus:
• A session to review coaching goals for your direct reports and plan how to support them.
• I will review the recordings of 3 one-on-ones you held with them regarding coaching goals and progress to help improve your own coaching.
• Two months of email support and follow-up as you bootstrap your coaching habit and tackle your reports' challenges.

Impact-Coaching Concierge Quarter $1,800

• Everything in Team-Up, plus:
• 30-minute one-on-one coaching session every 2 weeks for 3 months.
• Daily email/text accountability.
• End-of-quarter coaching goals retrospective session, as well as setting your goals for the following quarter.
